The Assistant General Manager oversees daily operations at Happy Hollow, including guest services, admissions, memberships, food and beverage, rides, maintenance, entertainment, celebrations, budgeting, hiring, and contract management. This role provides leadership and supervision to park staff, supports strategic planning and facility improvement projects, and works closely with other department leaders to advance Happy Hollow’s mission and goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced recreation or amusement park professional who champions safety, fosters strong partnerships, and inspires staff through positive, forward-thinking leadership.
