Current Members

Happy Hollow can experience longer lines into the park on the weekends and on holidays. Please have your membership cards photo ID (for adults) out and ready to be scanned so that we can get you into the Zoo as quickly as possible to start your visit. If you have not yet received your cards, please see representative at the member services window for a temporary pass. You may pick up your cards at the end of your visit. Please note our membership windows close 30 minutes prior to close.

Upgrade your admission ticket to a membership!

You can credit your admission ticket to a membership within seven days of your in-person visit or by mail only. This is limited to 1 ticket per membership and excludes celebration and group rate tickets. Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time if mailing in your application. Admissions and membership windows close 30 minutes before the park closes.

Individual Membership: $55

Individual membership applies to children and adults ages 2-59

The main parking lot is located at 748 Story Road. Daily parking is $10
Visit any membership window in the Happy Hollow Entry Plaza to pick up your permanent membership card.

Senior Membership: $45

Senior membership rate applies to ages 60 and above and ID is verified upon first visit to Happy Hollow

If you purchased an Individual Plus or Community Membership, take note of your vehicle information to pass on to your membership cashier
Parking passes will be picked up at our membership windows

You will be able to pick up your permanent membership card at our membership windows.

Please note: all adults will need a valid form of ID (license, copy of passport). Please bring your confirmation email with QR code or show your confirmation to any of our membership cashiers.

If your first visit is on a busy day you can visit our member services window for a temporary pass for the day and give your vehicle information to the membership representative. You may pick up your cards and parking pass at the end of your visit. Please note our membership windows close 30 minutes prior to close.

Community Membership: $300

Member Mornings

Happy Hollow members can join us on the first Saturday of each month from 9 - 10 a.m. for members-only early access to the park. Playgrounds will be open, you can walk through the Zoo in the Hollow while everything is still quiet and be first in line when rides open at 10 a.m.
