Whether it's checking for sustainable ingredients, reducing or eliminating single-use plastics, or purchasing candy with sustainable palm oil - there are many ways to make Halloween more eco-friendly. Join us for some Green Halloween fun! All event activities are free with General Admission.

Unscary fun for the whole family including games, crafts and education stations for all ages. Join us in the Crooked House Meadow to create your own mini witch's broom, test your skull IQ, or try your hand at "boo-ling." Visit the Conservation Info Stations in the Zoo in the Hollow for even more fun (and maybe even some treats!)
Take a stroll through the Zoo in the Hollow and the Zoo on the Hill to see pumpkin decorations in the animal habitats! Who eats their pumpkin, who plays with it, and who just ignores it? Visit all the animals to see their different takes on this seasonal enrichment.
Happy Hollow-een! Guests who visit the park and zoo dressed in costume from Saturday, Oct. 19 through Thursday, Oct. 31 can receive a $3 discount on General Admission! All costumes must be family-friendly. Please note, costume appropriateness is up to the discretion of Happy Hollow's Guest Services team. Facial features on adults must be recognizable (no full-face masks) and weapon props of any kind are prohibited. For your safety, capes will not be permitted on rides.
From slithering snakes to skittering spiders, the animal kingdom is full of creepy crawly critters. These animals might get a spooky reputation, but they are critically important for their ecosystems. Come meet a pair of creepy critters and learn how they are more than meets the eye. The show will take place on the Meadow Stage at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
