Guest and Member Services offices are located inside the entrance to Happy Hollow Park & Zoo. Happy Hollow Park & Zoo’s facilities meet or exceed all the standards set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please check in with Guest Services for accommodations.
Explore & More Store is the gift shop located at the main entrance to Happy Hollow Park & Zoo. Find everything you need for a fun day at the zoo, including hats, apparel, toys, plush animals and necessities like AA batteries, snacks, refillable water bottles and sunscreen.
The Picnic Basket offers tasty, healthy and kid-friendly options. With a focus on quality, quick-service and conservation friendly choices, the food options are locally and sustainably sourced and antibiotic-free.
Lockers are available using tokens on a first come, first served basis. Tokens can be purchased at the admissions window. The lockers are located adjacent to the restrooms near Guest Services.

Happy Hollow Park & Zoo is proud to provide a safe, clean space for mothers with infants. The Happy Hollow Nursing Room is located inside Guest Services and mothers may reserve the room for 15-minute periods at a time.
Daily Parking. Guests can upgrade daily parking to annual parking pass.
Happy Hollow has seven picnic areas available for groups Monday through Friday. Maximum capacities range from 60 to 100 people. All picnic areas must be reserved in advance. Cost is $75.
Happy Hollow has several locations throughout the Park & Zoo to park your stroller.
Strollers and wheelchairs are available for rental on a first-come, first-serve basis inside the Explore & More Store.
Located in Redwood Lookout, the Crooked Meadow and near the jaguar exhibit inside the Zoo in the Hollow.
