Happy Hollow Park & Zoo’s family-friendly rides provide something for everyone. The littlest ones will squeal with delight at Granny Bugs and Mini Putt-Putt; older kids will revel in a spin on the Pacific Fruit Express roller coaster; and the whole family will enjoy the iconic Danny the Dragon train ride.

What is a ride tour?

During Ride Tours, one Ride Operator moves between 2-3 rides along with guests.
If a ride is closed, find a nearby Ride Operator and make your request for the next ride in the tour.

Ratings

Low Thrill Ride – Rides that are generally calm and gentle in nature.
Mild Thrill Ride – Rides that generally have low speeds with gentle motion and braking. Rides have smooth transitions with some changes in elevation and speed.

Notes

All unescorted riders must have adequate head and neck control, and must be able to sit (unsupported) in an upright position.
Adult escort must be at least 16 years old and meet required ride restrictions.
Guests are not permitted to save places in line, or exit the line and return for any reason.
All guests are required to wear shoes, shirts and shorts/pants while enjoying rides and attractions.

Do your little ones love the thrill of racing? These kid-powered carts will get hearts pumping as they pedal their way to the finish line.

See what it’s like to be a frog as you hop up and down in the air.

Prepare for lift- off! Get ready to flap those colorful wings as you pedal your way into the sky around a magic castle.

Happy Hollow Park & Zoo is home to one of California’s oldest puppet theaters, featuring classic fairytales as well as original shows, with puppets and sets created by Happy Hollow puppeteers. In this wonderful space, magic unfolds on a stage mere feet from awestruck children.
