Properly trained ride personnel are an essential part of providing guests with a fun and safe visit. All Happy Hollow ride inspectors and ride employees are trained using procedures established by manufacturers, insurers, and in accordance with all public laws.

Common practices for Happy Hollow include:

  • Setup inspections required by a qualified or state inspector.
  • Daily inspections prior to operation with guests.
  • Record keeping and reporting for inspections and incidents.
  • Maintaining the highest possible professional standards in the industry.

The Happy Hollow Rides team and ride manufacturers work closely to develop and deliver safe guest experiences. Ride team training is on a continual basis and includes: operations, admissions, ride systems, accessibility for guests with disabilities, maintenance and emergency procedures.
